Belmont Cleaning Service

I had my carpets cleaned by Belmont. They arrived on time, reasonably priced, a good job.

Done a good job and reasonable prices...

Didn't even wipe down bathroom mirrors, floors and window sills were still dusty, oven racks were still greasy, and when I ask them to wipe down the pantry cupboard again because I could still rub sticky residue off with my fingers, the cleaner said he already tried his best and walks out the door! - I COULD TAKE IT OFF WITH MY INDEX FINGER! Kitchen benchtop and toilet lid had strands of hair and dust on them, and window ledges weren't even wiped down. When the boss arrived, both he and the cleaner wouldn't accept the fact that the job wasn't done properly and gave us attitude! Paid $325 which is more than 2 days of me working and a lot of money, so I expected to get the same service other companies were offering at around the same price! Other companies guaranteed 100% bond back and free return to clean any areas that fails inspection..this company didn't when I questioned them. I should have went with my many other options but went with Belmont Cleaning Services because my mum said they did a good job on her house. However, the cleaner who cleaned my Mum's house was either away or resigned. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Writing a review right away because they've got me so worked up but who knows what else I'll find not cleaned! I mean, they didn't even wipe down the bathroom mirror; the most basic and general area of cleaning! Will never use this company again!

I had my upholstery and entire interior portion of the house cleaned by Belmont. They provide quality services at a reasonably lower price.
